Let's Move with Mc Donald's Advertisement


After finding the initial flyer in a daily newspaper, I wondered what the estimated nutrition content of the meals advertised looked like. 
Honestly, I am not shocked by the overall numbers, although the fibre content is somewhat surprising!
It is interesting to see how easy it is to consume almost 1/2 of a day’s worth of calories and a day’s worth of sodium in less than 30 minutes. (If a person requires 2,000 calories daily.)
